U-shaped post protectors with front bullnose

These U-shaped post protectors are bolted onto posts using two (2) 3/8" bolts.  The front 2" high (3" when bolted frames) bullnose can accommodate a 5/8" anchor (included) which is attached to the floor.  A plastic cap (included) covers the access hole for the anchor.  U-shaped protectors are available in 12 and 24" heights.

This is the most flexible frame option.  Frames can be shipped assembled or knocked-down.  Different material finishes are available for posts and bracings. Also, damaged components can be replaced on site.  Standard required hardware per frame : 2x Anchors 1/2''x 4 1/4'', 3x Shims 4.5''x5.5''.

Welded racking frames are the most common in North America. 14 gage thickness bracings are welded to the racking post every 42". Racking post is available in a range of steel thickness (gage) depending on weight requirements.  Standard required hardware per frame : 2x Anchors 1/2" x 4 1/4", 3x Shims 3.5"x4.5".
