Step beam with 8.5" connectors

Step beam handle mainly Cresswell’s clip-on safety bars, drop-in panels, board and mesh decks.  Drop is 1 5/8'' high. Beams are available in different sizes depending on load requirements (see capacity chart).  2 safety clips will be added for free to the order with each beam.

Clip-on safety bars are available in heights of 1 5/8’’, and fit into Cresswell’s step beams only. No hardware is required, and a lock prevents the safety bars from popping out.

This is the most flexible frame option.  Frames can be shipped assembled or knocked-down.  Different material finishes are available for posts and bracings. Also, damaged components can be replaced on site.  Standard required hardware per frame : 2x Anchors 1/2''x 4 1/4'', 3x Shims 4.5''x5.5''.

Welded frames for racking are the most common in North America.  14 gage thickness bracings are welded to the racking post every 42". The 4"x3" racking post has the better capacity.  Standard required hardware per frame : 2x Anchors 1/2"x 4-1/4", 3x Shims 4.5"x5.5".
